The Bearer of Bad News is a regional superhero who operates out of Minneapolis.

History

He was one of the superheroes using the dating app Caper, which was a front for the Order of the Steed. The Order used the app the find superheroes and kidnap them, some for hard labor and others to act as "steeds" for the Order. These steeds would have their minds erased and replaced by the minds of the "riders". Bearer of Bad News and the other kidnapped heroes were rescued by Green Lanterns Jessica Cruz and Simon Baz.
