Behrad Tomaz was originally a vigilante wielder of the Air Totem from the 2040s, but his life was altered by changes in the timeline. In the new timeline, he is renamed Behrad Tarazi and became a member of the Legends as their mechanic, rather than his sister Zari Tomaz/Tarazi.[4][5]
History
Original timeline
In 2042, Behrad Tomaz used the Air Totem to become a vigilante and protect his family from the A.R.G.U.S. military regime. When he was murdered, the Totem was stolen by A.R.G.U.S. and placed in one of its facilities. Eventually, his sister Zari managed to recover the Totem with the help of the Legends.[4]
New timeline
Behrad was never murdered and continued to use the Totem as a member of the Legends. The original version of Zari doubled the totem in two so that Behrad and the new Zari can use it. Behrad also uses cannabis and has had a brief relationship with Charlie, and a crush in Astra Logue.[6][7][8][9]
Eventually, Behrad is killed by Atropos but is later resurrected by the Legends in the Loomworld. After the kidnapping of Sara Lance by Bishop and the invasion of the Zagurons, Behrad and the Legends became trapped in the past and began to be pursued by the evil version of Gideon. After the robot's defeat, Behrad and the others are tricked by the Booster Gold and are arrested by the Time Police.[10][11][12][13][14][15]
