History
As a member of the Axis, Mussolini often encountered Captain Marvel, Spy Smasher etc.
1942
In the May of 1942, Mussolini participated in a meeting between the leaders of the Axis.[1]
In the June of 1942, Mussolini discussed with his two colleagues who was the better conqueror.[2]
In the November the same year, it came to Mussolini's attention that Spy Smasher had been captured, making Mussolini sent him to the colosseum instead to a firing squad. Wanting to witness Spy Smasher's death, the prisoner escaped, letting Mussolini sent all troops against him.[3]
