Benito "Il Duce" Mussolini (or, alternatively, Mussy[1]) was the leader of the fascists of Italy during World War II.

- This character is a fictional representation of Benito Mussolini, a real person. More information on this person can be found at Wikipedia.org.
- Benito Mussolini has not actually appeared in a New Earth story, but he has been mentioned on New Earth in Batman: Gotham Knights #9.
- In the Pre-Crisis Multiverse, Earth-Two and Earth-One each had a separate and distinct Mussolini. On the Post-Crisis New Earth, those two characters were combined into one being.

- Contrary to popular belief, he did not make the trains run on time.
