Ben Arnell used to be a psychiatrist in Arkham Asylum. He tried to approach Joker to find what makes him tick and possibly cure him, but it wasn't long until his mind succumbed to Joker's manipulation. After aiding the Joker's escape, Arnell was brought down by Batman and locked in Arkham.
