Ben Turner, also known as Bronze Tiger, used to be considered one of the best assassins in the world. However, following ten years of probation, he took a vow of nonviolence and worked as a self-defense instructor. He tried to open a studio and found himself unable to do so thanks to his background. Instead, he teaches his students in the open, primarily at parks. Leonard Snart and his sister convinced Ben to join the Rogues and earn some real money.
