Bernell Jones is the father of Arrowette.
History
Jones, an investigative journalist, made some powerful enemies. Black Spider was hired to kill him, but the attempt was stopped by Green Arrow and Artemis. Witnessing these heroes in action inspired his daughter Cissie to become Arrowette years later.

- This version of the character is exclusive to the continuity of the television series Young Justice and its tie-in comic book series. It is an adaptation of Bernell Jones. The original character was created by Tom Peyer, Sal Buscema, and Craig Rousseau and first appeared in Impulse #28.
- Bernell Jones was voiced by Jeff Bennett.
