Savitar Bandu, aka Shadowdragon is the hereditary prince of the tiny ancient Himalayan monarchy of Bhutran.
History
To avoid this inheritance, Bandu fled to Metropolis.
Several years later, Tehrac and Bhutran went to war with one another, during the first few weeks following the overthrow and imprisonment of Kalyan Nong Hoi in Kota Zamfir. Nuclear missiles were launched. Superman personally intervened a number of times in these hostilities, and finally was able to impose peace.
