- Biff Bailey was created by Robert Kanigher and Russ Heath, first appearing in Showcase #27. However, in the Prime Earth continuity, Biff Bailey first appeared as part of the New 52 DC Universe in Challengers of the Unknown (Volume 5) #2 by Christopher Cantwell and Sean Izaakse.
