Grim opens the box, and a snake jumps out of it, but he dodges its bite and shoots it. A note inside the box details how the crew slowly went missing while investigating an island, being attacked by a "thing." Continuing their investigation, Grim and Slim go below decks, where they find an injured man raving about the "Death That Leaves No Mark."
