Billy is a small piglet who has the power to transform into a large muscular pig when he yells the word, "Shazham." Billy is a part of the Justice League of Animals.

Billy, as a piglet
Billy is relaxing on the Barn of Justice when Wonder Wombat informs him that she and Aquamandrill will be gone for a while and tells Billy to watch over the barn. When the leave Billy's relaxation is suddenly interrupted by a Boom Tube which Duckseid appears out of. Duckseid tells Billy he will take over the universe and there's nothing Billy can do about it, Billy then says "SHAZAM!" and turns into a superhero form. When Wonder Wombat and Aquamandrill return they ask Billy if everything is alright and he confirms it is then Wonder Wombat asks Billy where he got the pillow he's laying on and Billy looks next to himself and sees a naked and embarrassed Duckseid.
Billy is in the Barn of Justice as everyone talks about what snacks to get. Batmongoose volunteers to go get the snacks but never returns.
Billy and Cybug are playing baseball when Sinestropotamus captures him and Billy. Fortunately they are rescued by Green Lamprey who scares Sinestropotamus into his own cage thereby freeing Billy and Cybug. Billy and Cybug thank Green Lamprey but tell him that his lamprey is disgusting.
Billy is present when Supermanatee informs the league that the Barn of Justice is filthy and that he has made a chore chart for them to get different chores to clean with.
When the Silo fell thanks to Bizarrfo's failed plan, instead of being mad Billy and Green Lamprey became happy that the food was now closer and began to eat it. Unaware of the angry supervillains next to them.
