History

Billy's father was killed by two hoodlums, searching for his supposed fortune. Instead, they found Billy hidden beneath the floor in a secret room. Terrified by his appearance, they attacked him and set his home on fire. The ruckus attracted a mob which was equally as terrified by Billy. The Outsiders rescued Billy and he went on to live with them and join their team.
