Billy Zane (b. February 24, 1966) is an American character actor who voiced Jason Blood and Etrigan on The New Batman Adventures, and portrayed P.T. Barnum on DC's Legends of Tomorrow.

Billy Zane is an American actor who has appeared in numerous films and television series, most recognizably in the roles of Hughie Warriner in Dead Calm and Caledon Hockley in Titanic. He has given performances in series and films with cult followings, such as the title character in The Phantom, the Collector in Tales from the Crypt Presents: Demon Knight, Steve Elliot in Critters, John Justice Wheeler on Twin Peaks, and Brigadier Commander Enos Queeth on MacGruber.
For DC Comics adaptations, Zane appeared on the DC Animated Universe series The New Batman Adventures as the voice of Jason Blood and Etrigan. When the character returned in Justice League and Justice League Unlimited, he was replaced by Michael T. Weiss and briefly Kevin Conroy. Years later, Zane appeared as P.T. Barnum on DC's Legends of Tomorrow, and later still appeared as a fictionalized version of himself on The Boys, which was adapted from a comic book initially published by DC's WildStorm Productions.
