• The first story in this issue is the first new Earth-One Binky story -- all previous Earth-One Binky stories were updated reprints of Earth-Two stories.
  • The new story also introduces the Earth-One version of Buzzy Brown and Benny Howe, a new character who is partially based on Earth-Two's Howie Howe.
• The other stories in this issue are reprints of Earth-Two stories, but they also have significant art revisions to replace 1950s hairstyles and fashions with 1960s contemporary looks, and some script revisions to replace outdated references -- and the Benny story has more revisions, to replace Howie with Benny. As such, they are the Earth-One versions of the earlier stories.
