Synopsis for "Where Revenge Delights"
Working under cover, Black Canary breaks up a white slavery ring, shipping young women to Santa Prisca. She intercepts and rescues a shipment in a truck. Oracle wants her to stow away on the ship being used and smuggle herself into the country, but she chooses to fly, first class. On the island, she finds an oppressive military dictatorship.
Galient is also there, posing as a drug dealer. His meeting not going as planned, he has a gunship cover his presence by killing the other druglords.
Dinah checks in to the local hotel, where she meets Galiant for the first time and takes a liking to him. They arrange a date.
That night, thugs break into her room and attack, but she's gone. Galiant is there though, wondering what has happened to his date. He kills the men.
Black Canary is down by the coast, staking out the docks. She stumbles onto some sort of para-military unit and ends up in a big fight, learning they are led by Galiant. She escapes his team and gets to the docks. Oracle tries to recall her and scrub the mission, but Dinah refuses and turns off her communicator.
Black Canary rescues the slaves, getting them out in a truck, but as she covers their escape, she's set upon by a large contingent of men. Numbers take their toll, and she is captured.
Oracle tracks down Galiant and places a call to him, recruiting him to rescue Dinah.
Black Canary is the prisoner of President Jefe del Mundo. He gloats before ordering her brutally killed. Galiant arrives just in time, rescuing her. Galiant reveals he works for the Zesti Corporation, and he was here to take down del Mundo. Del Mundo, though, is escaping. Canary goes after him.
Catching his helicopter in midair, Canary boards it and drags him out, both of them falling to the sea. Galiant rescues them.
Oracle and Canary have their first real fight, Oracle yelling at Canary for not following instructions and cutting off communications.
