Synopsis for "Face Time"

The nations of Qurac and the Karrocan Emirate are at war and the media is talking about a mysterious envoy of Qurac who is on his way to the United Nations.

While Oracle visits a computer exhibition to finally meet "Bumblebeeb", Black Canary is settling in to her new apartment. And she quickly is concerned about her neighbor, Olivia Crichton, who seems to be a victim of domestic abuse. When Dinah hears loud noise from next door, she decides to do something about it, and breaks through the door of her neighbor's apartment. But she is too late as Olivia has killed her tormentor in self-defense.

At the exhibition, Bumblebeeb turns out to be Ted Kord. Barbara tells him she's a police dispatcher, which is not a total lie. But when the conversation stalls, Barbara tells Ted straight on that she knows he is the Blue Beetle. Now Ted deduces that Barbara might be Oracle. They decide to keep their identities secret and the rest of the "date" becomes much more enjoyable for the two.

Meanwhile, the Quraci ambassador has finally arrived at the United Nations and he turns out to be none other than the Joker.
