Synopsis for "Old Habits"

In Gorilla City, Deathstroke, Grimm and Lady Vic are surrounded by the hostile simians and their leader Gorilla Grodd. Deathstroke threatens to blow up everybody with a mini nuke and after consideration Gorilla Grodd allows Wilson and his companions to leave. He does not know that Deathstroke was only bluffing.

While Black Canary takes a much necessary vacation in a nice hotel, Oracle has some fun with Ted Kord as they fly around Gotham City in Blue Beetle's Bug. Together they are peeking throu some appartment windows to watch what other people are doing. Ted tells Barbara that he is happy without being the Blue Beetle. Suddenly, both are witnesses to a train accident on a bridge. Oracle immediately wants to help, but Ted thinks the firemen are reacting just fine. However, when the firemen seem unable to save a child which is trapped in one of the wagons, Ted is obliged to don his Blue Beetle outfit one last time. He is able to save the child and afterwards has to admit that it felt good being the Blue Beetle again. But he is unsure about a permanent comeback.

When Ted returns to his vehicle, Barbara and him get close once again, but this time they finally realize that they do not want a deeper relationship, especially as Barbara is getting serious about someone else ...
