Synopsis for "Red, Black and Blue"
Black Canary, Blue Beetle and Robin work together to round up more villains who escaped the Slab after the Joker fiasco. After taking down the disgusting G-Nome, Oracle sends the trio to the Mall to get after the Condiment King. Oracle describes this villain as a total loser, but now he is jokerized and seems to be at least a formidable opponent. He is able to splash the three heroes with his special sauce. But when the Condiment King is bragging a little too much, Blue Beetle is able to counter his attack with a barrel of milk.
In the evening, Oracle visits Nightwing because he is isolating himself since nearly beating the Joker to death recently. But Dick is not happy about the surprise visit. He thinks he disgraced himself as well as his uniform as a police officer and refuses to talk about it further ...
