Synopsis for "Let's Get Elemental!"

Java asks Black Canary for help finding Sapphire Stagg. Oracle calls Black Canary and tells her that she is OK. In reality, she is being held captive by Killer Moth, the very first criminal she ever sent to jail. Java tells Black Canary how Sapphire and her son were engulfed by some sort of energy, became a single person and took off into the night. Java and Canary are talking to Simon Stagg's scientists when the energy being arrives.
