Bivvix was a lizard-like member of the Green Lantern Corps.

Bivvix was trapped on a Draal space-ship along with Guy Gardner, Graf Toren, RRU-9-2, Gpaak and Voz. The aliens were taking their memories and installing identical sleeper agents on the Lanterns' homeworlds. Eventually, the team of seven were able to escape captivity, but not before the aliens could send a deadly clone of Guy to Earth, Joe Gardner.[1] A replica was also made of Bivvix and the others, and they all teamed up to retrieve their rings after helping Gardner take back his own.[2]

Later on, Bivvix's ring became useless when Hal Jordan became Parallax, decimated the Green Lantern Corps and destroyed their power source.[3] His ring disintegrated, and Bivvix traveled to Earth in a spaceship in order to warn Guy Gardner of the renegade Hal Jordan. His ship failed, and he burned to death upon reentry.[4]

He was later shown to be memorialized in the Crypts of the Green Lantern Corps on Oa, along with all of the other fallen Lanterns.[5] During Blackest Night, Bivvix appeared as one of the many new undead resurrected members of the Black Lantern Corps, complete with his own new power ring.[6]

  • On Earth, the way Bivvix speaks would be considered an atrocious French accent.
