Sally is in the hands of the assassin as he prepares to kill her. Black Canary steps in. He is a skilled opponent, using knives and swords, but she beats him. Sally flees, but Canary goes after her. She wants to help the girl.
The assassin intercepts Black Canary. Taking her by surprise, she's stunned, then falls, but catches herself.
He catches up to Sally. As he prepares to kill her, Black Canary throws a knife. Sally's dead, he has a knife in the back, but lives.
The police identify the man as Tyson Klik, a high-priced, professional assassin. He's going to prison, but Black Canary wants the man who hired him.
