Black Canary (Volume 3) #2 is an issue of the series Black Canary (Volume 3) with a cover date of September, 2007. It was published on July 18, 2007.
Synopsis for "Living With Sin (Part II)"
Green Arrow reflects upon some of his earliest adventures with Black Canary; in particular, a case where they teamed-up together to fight Kobra. After getting his thoughts in order, Ollie continues his rooftop surveillance along with his sidekick Speedy. Ollie is keeping an eye on Dinah's ex-husband Craig Windrow.
Craig brings Dinah's adoptive "sister" Sin to a new private school that specializes in troubled youngsters. Dinah and Craig wish Sin luck and drop her off. Neither of them realize that Green Arrow is not the only person witnessing the event. From across the street, Merlyn watches the scene through a pair of binoculars. He has heavy plans involving Sin.
Three days later, Dinah and Sin have dinner with Ollie and Mia. Ollie is uptight that Dinah has never answered his marriage proposal. Dinah's primary commitment right now is making sure that Sin is safe and gets a good education.
Two days after that, a group of ninjas raid Sin's elementary school. They storm the classroom and cause bodily harm to Sin's teacher. The girl snaps and attacks the warriors, ultimately fighting her way outside. Police arrive on the scene, but Sin attacks them too. She eventually flees and gets into a car driven by whom she believes is Green Arrow. As soon as she is in the vehicle however, she discovers that the driver is actually Merlyn in disguise. Merlyn has plans to forge Sin into the next Lady Shiva.
