- The episode is a tie-in to the Arrowverse crossover, Crisis on Infinite Earths.
- The epilogue of this story directly leads into Black Lightning's appearance in the climax of The Flash episode, "Crisis on Infinite Earths: Part Three".
- The events on Earth-2 clearly take place before the events of the Arrow episode, "Starling City" which featured the destruction of Earth-2.
- Gen and Jinn Pierce being erased from the Safe Place takes place during the epilogue of "Part Three".
- This episode marks the last appearance of Black Lightning's original Earth as the continuity of Black Lightning is moved to Earth-Prime after the rebirth of the Multiverse.[1]
- The Earth designation of this universe has never been revealed in any episode.
- However, Earth-73 is shown to be erased in "Part Three" just after Black Lightning is rescued by Pariah and brought to the Nexus but it has never been confirmed in-universe or out-of-universe if it's actually Black Lightning's Earth.
