Black Manta is a man who, in the alternate timeline created by Flash, is one of Aquaman's generals.

History

When he engages with Deathstroke, he fires the lasers of his mask and killed Slade. In the final battle, he is killed by Batman and Grifter when they break his mask and unleash a torrent of bullets into his head.
