Black Power was a "Made Man" of the Crime Syndicate under Owlman.

History

On a mission to find the Quantum Trigger, Owlman ordered Black Power to download the files on his experiments on the Multiverse to his personal computer. Soon after Luthor and the Justice League arrived, Black Power engaged the Martian Manhunter; firing blasts of electrical energy at him, and attempting to crush him by levitating two machines and smashing them together. With one hit, Manhunter knocked Black Power out.
