The Black Razors are the elite combat force of International Operations. They wear protective power-armor and carry weapons capable of dealing with parahuman threats. There are several related units working for I.O. such as the Black Hammers, equipped for heavy-duty, and the Keepers, assigned to Sci-Tech. Ben Santini is their longest known leader.
The Black Razors were created by Jim Lee and Brandon Choi, first appearing in the WildStorm publication WildC.A.T.s #1. (1992)
