- Her name is Black Siren, similar powers to our Black Canary. Like every other metahuman on Earth 3, she's broken bad.
Black Siren (real name Dinah) is a corrupted doppelganger of Black Canary from Earth 3, who was eventually recruited by Amanda Waller to join her Suicide Squad on Earth 0.

- Sonic Scream: Black Siren is a metahuman with the ability to project a powerful sonic blast when she screams. These blasts are so powerful that she was able to kill Major Force with a single scream.[1]

- Black Siren was created by Andrew Kreisberg, first appearing in the Justice League episode "Legends, Part I" (2002). The character was further developed by Greg Berlanti, Brooke Roberts, and David Kob when they re-introduced Black Siren and cemented her legacy in the Green Arrow mythos in the Arrowverse.
- Her outfit is based on the Scream Queen from the movie Justice League: Crisis on Two Earths.
Trivia
- Although she first appeared in Crime Syndicate #2, she wasn't given her name until Suicide Squad (Volume 7) #5.
- Major Force called Black Siren Dinah-saur in Suicide Squad (Volume 7) #12, which confirms that her first name is Dinah, but it's not yet known if her last name is Drake or Lance (or something else).
