The Blackhawk Air Corps was an elite aviation team set up during the Luthor presidency to aid in alien invasions plaguing the planet.
History
Contrary to its predecessors, the Air Corps recruited only Americans, instead of people from all nationalities. The Air Corps fell under the direct command of General Rock.
