Synopsis for "The Return of the Jailer"
After finishing his prison sentence, the seemingly reformed super criminal, the Jailer, works with the Blackhawks to catch some crooks. He apparently is motivated by the large rewards on the criminals, but is secretly maneuvering to steal their loot. The Blackhawks expose his scam and re-arrest him.
