Blackjack Jorgis was an outlaw who had been a freed slave, and ran a largely Mexican criminal gang.

History

Jonah Hex attempted to track him down, but they actually managed to capture the bounty hunter. Blackjack and all of his men were murdered by ex-Confederates who had arrived to send a message of revenge against Hex from Quentin Turnbull.
