Agent Bryce informs Travis that last year, seven young attractive brunette women from Gateway City were killed. Each case involves a home invasion with nothing taken or damaged. The criminal just made his presence known and started stalking his victims. Each victim would get raunchy emails then death threats which were followed by phone calls with a voice modulator. The harassment would go on for three weeks then the victim would end up tortured, raped and finally murdered. The emails and phone calls were untraceable. The criminal has moved his activities to Atlanta where one woman who fits the description has been killed. Another woman is already beginning to receive death threats. Travis would be acting as a consultant for Agent Bell. Agent Bryce can almost guarantee that Travis' drug charges would be exsponged and possibly shave off the rest of his prison sentence for Travis' cooperation.
