The bureau wants Agent Bell to keep an eye on Travis. Travis wasn't too pleased by Mobly's comments about his intelligence or the idea of being the FBI's bloodhound. Saffron demonstrates her dominance and checks Travis' attitude. Travis is impressed by Bell's assertiveness and agrees to have the collar put on him. Saffron was about to take Travis to go see Patricia and Rachel Crosby but they are stopped by FBI Director Frank Kogney. Kogney wasn't happy that Agent Bryce was eating through tubes on a hospital bed because of Travis. Travis shuts up Kogney by bringing up a firefight that Kogney was a part of and the fact that Kogney pissed his pants while bullets were firing. Saffron then escorts Travis to his temporary lodging at the Sunrise Lodge before heading to the Crosby residence.

Travis and Saffron arrive at the Crosby home where Patricia answers. Patricia is taken back when she sees Travis but welcomes the both of them in. Saffron notices that Patricia and Travis try to go for each others hands as a sign of comfort between long lost lovers but they hesitate. Saffron suspects that Travis may have killed his partner Vincent in order to get close to his wife. Both Travis and Saffron inform Patricia that Travis will need to be present at all times. Travis asks Patricia if Rachel and Michelle are nearby. Patricia tells him that Michelle has been sent to live with Trish's father in Fawcett City but Rachel is upstairs. Travis hears footsteps coming down the stairs and he is at a loss for words when he sees how much Rachel has matured. Travis asks Rachel to show him where she made first contact with the killer.

Rachel says that every time she logs onto Lex Messenger, the criminal immediately replies to her with a fake domain name LordAndMaster78. Travis tells Rachel to log in and if she gets the chance to establish a meet with the criminal then she can set him up. Suddenly, Saffron gets a call from the criminal whose voice was made to sound like Kogney. Saffron puts the voice on speaker phone and the criminal expresses his disappointment that the Crosbys got the FBI involved but he is anxious to meet Agent Bell because he intends to give her the same treatment as his other victims.

Travis looks outside and notices that a car parked outside his room isn't FBI standard. Travis heads to the bathroom and rips out the sink then throws it through the window of his room which immediately goes through the windshield of the car. The occupants of the car panic and Travis jumps onto the hood of their car. Travis grabs both of them by the collar and interrogates them until he is interrupted by his armed escort. Travis' armed spies escape with their getaway car before Travis could get anything out of them. Travis suspects that they may have been sent by someone who knows that he is out of prison or by Rachel's stalker. Travis scolds his armed escort for interfering then he heads back to his room. Meanwhile, Edgar Morris satisfies his perverse tastes by viewing videos of couples having sex before receiving a message from someone named 15Abram86 who wants to know if they have a deal to which Edgar replies "Yes".
