History

Bloodletter was given his metahuman powers after he was experimented on so he could be turned into a super soldier. Sometime after this he took over a neighbourhood in east Los Angeles, which was formerly owned by Chato Santana.

• Unique Physiology: Bloodletter has red skin with yellow markings and two tentacles coming out from his head.
  • Superhuman Strength: His tentacles are super strong.
  • Superhuman Durability: Bloodletter's skin is bulletproof and can survive a house collapsing on him. It also makes him completely resistant to fire.
