The children of the first team of Blue Boys decided to become the second Blue Boys in Radiance, Pennsylvania.

History

The first Blue Boys were a group of child crime fighters in Big City during the 1940's. They soon retired and when they reached adulthood they moved to live in the Pennsylvanian town of Radiance. One day, Shawn Rogers, the son of the Blue Boys' leader Tommy Rogers, discovered a trunk containing his father's diary, which revealed Rogers and his friends' adventures, and their old costumes. At the same time, Radiance was taken over by the supervillain Doctor Light. Shawn convinced his friends Static Simms and Stats Mehlville, the sons of Toughy and Tubby, to become the new Blue Boys to stop Doctor Light and succeeded in capturing the villain.
