Blue Condor is a member of the Freedom Fighters of China.

History

One of Shanghai's first modern super-villains, he attacks and extorts the wealthy citizens. One of his targets was Luo Lixin. However, his friend Kong Kenan defied the criminal. This brought him to the attention of the Ministry of Self-Reliance, who turned him into New Super-Man, leader of the Justice League of China.

In their next encounter, with their respective teams, Blue Condor was out for revenge, and was chastised by Flying Dragon General for expressing a desire to kill Super-Man even though he had threatened it just before. With the dissent distracting the villains, Super-Man made short work of Blue Condor. The team was defeated and Condor was incarcerated at the Crab Shell, but sprung by Folding Paper Man not long after.
