History
Blue Devil was one of many people the Bat-Prince arrested for having unusual powers.[1] He was later released and compensated after Wayne learned the error of his ways and not to fear the different.[2]

- Blue Devil was created by Dan Mishkin, Gary Cohn, and Paris Cullins, first appearing in Firestorm (Volume 2) #24. However, the Dark Knights of Steel version of Blue Devil first appeared in Dark Knights of Steel #2 by Tom Taylor and Yasmine Putri.
- This character is never identified by name, but is clearly inspired by Blue Devil from the mainstream comics.
