Bluff Robust is a student at Starvard College who gets his positions and rewards due to his uncle's generosity to the school rather than any talent of Bluff himself.
History
Robust is hoping to become the head of the new Starvard Research Foundation, and thinks he's gaurenteed the position due to his uncle promising a million dollars to it. He hears his uncle tell Sidney Simper he'll give it to Holliday College instead if the Holliday Girls, Wonder Woman included, can beat Starvard College's championship team at tennis. To ensure Wonder Woman doesn't participate Robust drugs her with a tampered tennis ball while she's practicing and then ties her up with her own lasso and hides her in the Starvard Museum. When she wakes in time for her match he tries shooting her, but is spotted by Steve Trevor in the crowd, who manages to shoot Bluff's gun right out of his hand and arrest him.
