Bob Jenney (b. March 21, 1914 – d.December 19, 2000) was a writer.
Professional History
Graduated from Pratt Institute School of Art in Brooklyn in 1936. He began his career in 1938 illustrating several juvenile books. In 1939 he began working for National Periodical Publications until he entered the Navy in 1942. After the war he continued his art career illustrating stories for various pulp magazines. In the 1950s he contributed many illustrations to a juvenile reference work, The Picture World Encyclopedia, published by Charlton Comics.
Personal History
Married Doris Prale Kilbourne on April 14, 1940. He was drafted into the Navy in 1942. He had one son, Gregory Albert Jenney, who was born in 1948.
