Boss Bannon (Quality Universe)

Boss Bannon was a bank robber, the partner of Bubbles Belew and an enemy of Quicksilver.

Boss Bannon threated K. Wellington Lenz after he committed a bank robbery on his turf using Hoo Mee and his new x-ray abilities. Lenz convinced Bannon and his partner Bubbles Belew that they should work together on the next heist and split the money. While at the bank Hoo Mee spotted Quicksilver in the safe and refused to help the robbers, leading to Bannon attacking him and accidentally removing his x-ray abilities. Convinced that Lenz had sold him a fraud, Bannon left to get Lenz and his partner Happy to get them to open the safe themselves. After the crooks returned Quicksilver jumped out of the safe and defeated the trio.


  • This version of Boss Bannon, including all history and corresponding appearances, was erased from existence following the collapse of the original Multiverse in the 1985–1986 Crisis on Infinite Earths event and later restored following the rebirth of the infinite Multiverse during the 2022-2023 Dark Crisis event. Even though other versions of the character may have appeared, this information does not apply to those versions.
