- Bradford Thorne/Crime Doctor was created by Bill Finger and Bob Kane, first appearing in Detective Comics #77. However, in the Prime Earth continuity, Bradford Thorne/Crime Doctor first appeared as part of the New 52 DC Universe in Deathstroke Inc. #9 by Joshua Williamson and Paolo Pantalena.
