Brane is the new Batman in a possible future of the 31st Century.
History
Saturnian warlord Fura's robotic forces conquered Earth on April 19, 3000. Shortly thereafter, Brane (the newly-enslaved descendant of Bruce Wayne) and his young companion Ricky found a time capsule containing an audio-visual recording of the original Batman and Robin in action. The duo were inspired to strike back at their alien overlord in the guise of the Dynamic Duo. Eventually, the new Batman and Robin succeed in leading Earth's people to victory against the tyrant from space.

- Although this character was originally introduced during DC's Earth-Two era of publication, their existence following the events of the 1985–86 limited series Crisis on Infinite Earths remains intact. However, some elements of the character's Pre-Crisis history may have been altered or removed for Post-Crisis New Earth continuity, and no longer apply.

- People in Brane's time combine their first and last names for the sake of efficiency. Brane's real name is Bruce Wayne.
