Synopsis for "Brass, Part 6"
Brass returns to Earth and finds traces of Eryx's destruction in New York. He goes home and tries to contact Eryx with his mind to find her. This works in which Eryx patiently tells him to meet her where she is. Brass travels to Eryx's location and finds totally transformed further into an almost dragon-like form. She tells Brass that she only wants him to be with her because they were the only ones like each other and promise to keep killing until they are together. Brass refuses causing a battle to break out between them, leaving him badly injure. He retreats to his apartment and wait for Eryx.
Eryx eventually finds him and also finds him holding a gun at the head of Asubal's infected child. Brass knows that Eryx wouldn't let the only other thing like them die so he tells her he will spare the child if she leaves. She agrees but attacks Brass so she can take the child she now considered hers with her. Before leaving, Eryx tells Brass that even though she and the child are the only kind in existence, but only except for Brass. Leaving Brass as the last of his kind on Earth.
After the police arrive on the scene, Hershel is taken to the same precinct and again meets with Detective Rusk. He recommends Hershel on checking with the Wildcats, hoping that they can help him out of trouble in the future, and gives him their business card. After leaving the precinct, Hershel tears up the business card and throws it in a trashcan. As he is leaving, he is contacted by Eryx telling him that some day she'll prove to him that they were meant to be together.
At the last second, Hershel went into the trashcan looking for the business card.
