History

Breacher was a member of Leviathan as part of Quietus's faction, under the command of Mr. Remedy. He was sent to kill Talia al Ghul and a supposedly reactivated The Silencer- a former member of Leviathan, alongside Bloodvessel. Honor noted that he wasn't a subtle man before killing him.
