Brendan Li, also known as Giz, was a criminal in Gotham City who was an expert at computer hacking.
History
After getting busted trying to break Catwoman out of Arkham Asylum with his girlfriend Mouse, the two of them were caught and served time in prison. Once they were out, Giz and Mouse fled to Bludhaven and joined the supervillain recovery group the Run-Offs.[1]

- Giz was created by Chuck Dixon and Jim Balent, first appearing in Catwoman (Volume 2) #28. However, in the Prime Earth continuity, Giz first appeared as part of the New 52 DC Universe in Nightwing (Volume 4) #11 by Tim Seeley and Marcus To.
- Giz is dating his former partner-in-crime Mouse.[2]
