Breuer was the second Mento.

History

Breuer was the assistant to Steve Dayton. He assumed Steve's Mento persona in an attempt to kill his boss for all the abuse he suffered over the years. Breuer also used the Mento Helmet to control the heroes Hawk and Dove and teamed up with the Madmen to sow chaos in San Francisco. His plans were stopped by Steve's adopted son Beast Boy and his teammates, the Teen Titans.
