Briggs is Deathstroke's first mate and the most loyal member of his pirate crew.

History

Briggs was killed during a mutiny staged by the other members. He was frozen and broken apart by Icicle while manning the ship.

• Summoning: Briggs and his sister share a body. While Briggs himself controls his human body movements, he can summon the ghost of his sister at anytime, though this forces him to lose consciousness.
  • Flight: His sister spirit has the ability to fly.
  • Phasing: His sister spirit can phase through walls.
