Bright Day (Fables)

Created with magic by Baba Yaga, Bright Day and his brothers were put to work as knights in the Emperor's army. Alone, Bright Day could slaughter an entire army; with his brothers, they were as good as an entire legion.^{[citation needed]}

Boy Blue, with the Vorpal Sword and while wearing the Witching Cloak, was able to slice through his shield, shatter his sword, and behead Bright Day in mere moments.^{[citation needed]}

However, because his life was magically tied to Baba Yaga's own, as long as she still lived, so did he. Bright Day, though he was now just a head, was allowed to attend the meeting of Geppetto's, to decide how to conquer the Mundy realm.^{[citation needed]}
