History
Brighteyes was one of the metahumans captured by N.O.W.H.E.R.E. and taken to the facility named the Colony. After the Teen Titans and Legionnaires defeated Harvest in battle, Brighteyes along with fellow captives Beast Boy, Terra, Thunder, Lightning, Ridge, Windshear and Caitlin Fairchild escaped the Colony to the arctic wasteland above.

Windshear tossed Brighteyes between him and the N.O.W.H.E.R.E. ship in hopes of helping his own escape, but was captured by Wilson only moments later.
