- Moonbow was created by Gerry Conway and Joe Brozowski, first appearing in Firestorm (Volume 2) #48. However, in the Prime Earth continuity, Moonbow first appeared as part of the New 52 DC Universe in Doomsday Clock #6 by Geoff Johns and Gary Frank.
