Brother Flay was the leader of an Order of the Stone, a section of the Religion of Crime.
History
Flay ruled the Shores of the Abandoned, a junkyard comprised of abandoned sailing vessels. He left his post to teach the Question the five Lessons of Blood, in accordance with the Crime Bible's parable of the Faceless. Upon teaching the first four, Flay led Question to the Shores where they fought. Flay was killed making Question, his slayer, the new leader of their order.
